Gates open to display vehicles from 8.30am. (Public 10am – 4.00pm)
We sent out an email earlier today (Friday 10th April) regarding Drive it Day Exhibitor’s Information - please refer to the details below. A number of you have since got in touch to say that you no longer have or didn't receive the original confirmation email that was sent out at the point of registration.
Don't worry, you can use this email as proof of your registration when you arrive at Kersey Mill on 26th April, we look forward to seeing you.
Unfortunately due to the high number of exhibitors this year we cannot answer individual emails personally.
Dear Exhibitor,
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you and seeing your fine vintage and classic vehicles here at Kersey Mill on National Drive It Day 2026. With it being a few weeks away, we wanted to touch base with you with some final details and arrangements.
We have had a record number of car enthusiasts register and we are expecting a good number of exhibitors. We really do hope the weather will be fine and, if not sunny, just dry. With the numbers registering we have allocated part of the river paddock (Zone 8) for extra display vehicles.
Please Note: It is not possible to predetermine the zone as it can change on the day depending on traffic flows, as we cannot allow for cars to back-up onto the highway.
ON ARRIVAL
Please be reminded to present your exhibitor registration confirmation email either using your mobile phone or a print out.
Our Marshals will be on duty until 11.30am to help park display vehicles and direct you to an appropriate zone, so do please arrive well beforehand. Remember gates open at 8.30am.
In some cases, vehicles can be left here the previous night by prior arrangement.
Those of you who wish to park together please arrive together.
From a logistical point it would be extremely helpful if you are attending as part of a group, that all vehicles in your group could display the group name or initials and the number of cars in the group on entry to the site, so the marshals can try and park you together.
As in the past, display vehicles enter Free of charge and can come and go during the day, however it is useful for us to know your plans so we can park you accordingly. If you plan on leaving before 3pm could you please show your desired time of departure, so we can park you in Zones 1, 2 or 8, allowing for the safety of spectators and an easy exit to avoid congestion.

A detailed map is available below showing the different Zones and these will be signed on the day, together with the location of toilets and defibrillator.
CATERING
The Café and TMK Street Food catering for alfresco dining will be open from 8.30am.
Some of the on-site shops and business will be open too.
PRIZE GIVING
We will be holding our Best In Show competition. There are 2 prizes, Kersey Mill Flower Shop and The Walker Trophy, which has been redesigned and will be awarded by the Walker family at around 2.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
PLEASE DO NOT use Gas BBQ’s, Gas Stoves, Fires, or naked flames.

Public parking is just £5 (which includes all occupancy for each car), it's a cheap day out.
So, get polishing those wonderful vehicles in preparation for a fabulous day.
