At Pilatesworks4u we offer an extensive range of classes to suit all levels plus 1:1 tuition. Classes are held in a dedicated studio space specifically created to provide a relaxed environment to exercise in. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 10 to ensure all class members benefit from the hands-on approach. Classes include, beginners, core, dynamic and modified. Regular half day workshops are held as an introduction to Pilates but also serve as an excellent refresher to those with Pilates experience.

The Miller's Kitchen has recently been refurbished and opened under new management.
Charlie de Lara Bell, a Baker by trade, Donna Ramsey and Tara Alexander are running the business, along with their new team of staff, who will ensure you have a warm welcome.

Come and build your very own bear in The Bear Barn!
Unlike conventional bear building workshops, over at The Bear Barn you will you get to stuff your new bear friend by hand. This means you can stuff your bear to a feel that you want using the very fluffy bear fluff.
Once you are happy with the amount of stuffing your bear has you can then add in your chosen heart insert after making a wish. Then fill in your very own birth certificate for your new furry friend.
The Bear Barn also have a great range of bear t-shirts, outfits and bear accessories including sun glasses, shoes and heart inserts. All bear clothing and accessories here at the Bear Barn Suffolk are compatible with the Build a Bear teddies.

Fresh Start Charity Shop
Angela Gregg is the Founder & Trustee of Fresh Start Charity. The Fresh Start Charity Shop opened its doors at Unit 2, Kersey Mill on 20th April 2021and has been set up to raise funds to support a variety of projects to help the local community. The shop is well stocked with a wide range of previously owned clothing, accessories, children's toys, homewares and bric-a-brac.
Since its launch, the Fresh Start Charity Shop has expanded into the neighbouring Unit 3, giving you more room to browse!
All proceeds raised from the Fresh Start Charity Shop will go towards supporting the local community. One particular project is helping young people who are not in education or training to gain work valuable experience which in turn leads to employment with local businesses.
Fresh Start Charity also signposts support for those suffering from domestic abuse and mental health issues.

Woodlands Nursery at Kersey Mill
Woodlands Nursery is owned and managed by Emma White. Emma already owns and manages an Ofsted outstanding nursery; Small World Kindergarten and Montessori near Christchurch Park in Ipswich. Emma has worked with children for over 22 years and is a passionate supporter of the Montessori ethos, having passed her Montessori Diploma with Merit back in 1998. Woodlands Nursery will cover the EYFS and loosely follow Montessori’s ethos, which encourages child-led learning through play and exploration.
Woodlands Nursery will be open five days a week:
From 8.30am – 4.30pm, for children from 12 months to 4 years.
Children can attend term time (38 Weeks) or all year (49 Weeks).
Alongside the Nursery, Woodland Babies will host a daily timetable of baby & toddler sessions that run from 9am-10am.
Our holiday club will offer childcare over the holidays and half-terms.
